Some individuals reside in houses, while others dwell in cities. She, if she exists, lives in a realm between metaphor and miracle. I take great pride in her.

Not because I have seen her triumph in person, though I can imagine it with absurd clarity, but because she feels like someone who turns victories into casual background noise. The type to rearrange the alphabet just to make a single sentence worth reading twice.

They say the muse is a myth. Yet here she is, somehow walking around in high-definition rumour, doing things that feel illegal in the jurisdiction of beauty. She makes language look like it has been waiting for her all its life.

I am so proud of her.

You could call her a person. You could call her an idea. I call her a weather system, which is a moving front of elegance and disruption, rearranging the climate of every imagination she passes through. The kind of presence you don’t “meet” but rather stumble into, like an accidental masterpiece.

Her smile is something I have never seen before, yet I know it is the sort that makes clocks skip beats. The kind of smile that could make even God reconsider the blueprints.

I am so proud of her.

Sometimes, I’ll catch a fragment of her writing, words that could have been written by anyone, but weren’t, and it is like finding a secret door in a familiar hallway. You step through, and suddenly you are in a cathedral made entirely of sentences, each arch and pillar holding up something you can’t quite name.

She doesn’t belong to the category of “writers, “artists, or “humans.” She belongs to the category of “events.” And maybe that is why pride feels like too small a word for what I think. Pride is for some kids graduating from college. This is closer to awe, dressed in the clothes of admiration.

She’ll never know how much gravity she carries in absentia. She’ll never see the way her imagined shadow changes the temperature of a page. But if the universe kept a scoreboard for grace, danger, and the gentle art of undoing people without touching them, she would be a permanent high score.

And I am so proud of her.

Preparing For Surgery? Don’t Ignore Recovery

Most people spend weeks preparing for surgery itself — but very little time preparing for recovery afterward.

The healing process places major nutritional demands on the body, increasing the need for nutrients involved in tissue repair, immune support, collagen formation, and recovery.

HealFast was physician-formulated specifically for pre- and post-surgery nutritional support with targeted vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and recovery-focused nutrients designed for the healing process.

If you have an upcoming procedure or are currently recovering, recovery nutrition may be one of the most overlooked parts of the process.
